Your Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing context. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA designation. Advanced mastery of Excel. Team spirit. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in both French and English.

Your challenge

Analyze actual manufacturing costs compared to budgets, then study and explain variances. When necessary, report variances and highlight issues requiring action from operations teams. Work closely with operations teams to understand variances and generate potential solutions. Conduct ad hoc product/plant cost analyses to support operations. Prepare, review, and provide analytical expertise on management reports. Support the CFO in implementing and maintaining internal controls. Participate in budgeting, physical inventories, and other plant activities. Prepare analyses and provide recommendations to the CFO to optimize operating costs. Assist in preparing financial statements. Participate in analyzing the profitability of new projects. Collaborate in establishing financial performance indicators for operations. I embark
