L’analyste technique senior est chargé·e de fournir un soutien continu aux opérations, d’aider à la réalisation des projets, de la conception et à la mise en œuvre du réseau soutenant l’ensemble des processus d’affaires de Metro. Vos responsabilités en tant qu’Analyste technique senior :
- Rédiger et réviser les spécifications techniques selon les normes et les meilleures pratiques.
- Participer à différentes activités d'analyse, d'exécution et de soutien réseau en lien avec des projets qui lui sont confiés ou en tant que collaborateur·rice.
- Développer une relation privilégiée avec les partenaires d’affaires au sein de l’entreprise, et traduire leurs besoins en requis techniques pour son secteur.
- Anticiper les enjeux et les risques en mettant en place les contrôles et plans d’action associés pour sécuriser les mises en production.
- Participer aux activités de contrôle de la qualité des processus de son secteur.
- Maîtrise des environnements de réseau et de télécommunication tels que : TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, HSRP, Spanning-Tree, QOS, SIP, etc.
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Disponible pour assurer le support hors des horaires de bureau (24h/jour, 7 jours/semaine selon les besoins).
- Peut nécessiter des déplacements entre les bureaux de Metro (Laval, Montréal, Varennes, Ontario).
Compétences en communication et sait vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, livrables et projets en même temps en gérant bien les priorités
- Orienté·e vers un travail/service de qualité
