Asa Construction Project Manager you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing construction projects from inception tocompletion. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects aredelivered on time within budget and to the required qualitystandards while coordinating with variousstakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Planorganize and manage construction projects including budgetingscheduling and resourceallocation.
  • Coordinatewith architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensureproject specifications and requirements aremet.
  • Monitorproject progress and performance addressing any issues or delaysthat arise to keep projects ontrack.
  • Reviewand approve project plans designs and changes ensuring compliancewith building codes safety regulations and qualitystandards.
  • Manageproject budgets track expenses and prepare financial reports toensure cost control and financialaccountability.
  • Facilitatecommunication between project stakeholders including clientssuppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project.
  • Overseethe procurement of materials equipment and services and ensure theyare delivered on time and meet projectrequirements.
  • Conductregular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocolsquality standards and projectspecifications.
  • Prepareand present progress reports updates and recommendations to clientsand seniormanagement.


Requirements
  • Relevantcertification or degree in Construction Management CivilEngineering or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a construction project manager or in a similar rolewith a strong track record of managing successful constructionprojects.
  • Excellentproject management skills including budgeting scheduling andresourcemanagement.
  • Strongunderstanding of construction processes building codes safetyregulations and qualitystandards.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills for working with diversestakeholders and managing projectteams.
  • Detailorientedwith strong problemsolving abilities to address project challengesand ensure successfuloutcomes.
  • Abilityto stay current with industry trends best practices andtechnological advancements inconstruction.
