Front Desk Receptionist

Kelly is hiring We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for a temporary (2-week) position with our client, a law firm located in Simcoe, ON.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Answering and directing calls
- Obtaining payments from clients
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist experience is required
- Strong customer service skill and excellent phone manner
- Must be comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to communicate information accurately and professionally
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Criminal check will be required

- Pay rate $20.00-$21.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
- Start date: asap
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
