**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
- Managing client information with accuracy and detail
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using client tracking software, smart phones, Facebook messenger and gmail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Please note that previous experience as a receptionist is required.
Also if experienced in using MindBody software would be an asset.
Must have a positive attitude and be able to maintain it even during busy times.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
