Sous la supervision du directeur financier, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable des fonctions suivantes :

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

INFORMATION FINANCIÈRE ET COMPTABILITÉ D'ENTREPRISE

* Préparer les états financiers et assister le directeur financier dans les processus de clôture comptable mensuelle et de fin d'exercice annuel.
* Effectuer efficacement les réconciliations de fin de mois.
* Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour simplifier etrationaliser les processus financiers.
* Assister le directeur financier dans la gestion du modèle de budgétisation de l'entreprise.
* Produire divers rapports internes et externes sur demande.
* Préparer des états financiers consolidés, des rapports de groupe et des documents pour soutenir les décisions d'investissement.
* Participer à la vérification annuelle des états financiers en collaboration avec l'équipe comptable.
* Servir de point de contact pour toutes les demandes concernant les fournisseurs.
* Contribuer à la surveillance des contrôles internes pour garantir la conformité réglementaire des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
* Développer et suivre la réalisation des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour améliorer l'efficacité et augmenter la productivité.
* Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes au poste au besoin.

PLANIFICATION ET ANALYSE FINANCIÈRE

* Maintenir le budget et assister le directeur financier dans les analyses des tendances et des écarts.
* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe financière du siège social pour élaborer des budgets, des prévisions et identifier des opportunités d'efficacité opérationnelle.

Profil recherché :

QUALIFICATIONS :

* Minimum 2 ans d'expérience avec le logiciel NetSuite (obligatoire).
* Baccalauréat en comptabilité.
* Titre CPA (un atout)
* Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité dans un cabinet ou une entreprise reconnue.
* Solide expérience en analyse financière avec une capacité à manipuler des ensembles de données financières.
* Expérience en planification, analyse financière et budgétisation.
* Bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
* Une expérience dans l'intégration et la mise en oeuvre de systèmes comptables (un atout).
* Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé est un atout.
