Knowledge & Experience

Responsibilities

As a Systems Integrator, you will be working with multiple teams from across all facets of the Engineering and Operations groups and bringing that knowledge back to the rest of the team. Specifically, duties will include:

• Documentation of all Technical Integration Plans to be followed during Customer deployments.

• Collaborate with Production and the PMO to ensure all custom components are captured and applied to the Customer system.

• Manage the documentation and prioritization of technical issues.

• Installation and configuration of hardware components which includes, but is not limited to, the racking of servers, switches, storage appliances and firewalls along with the cabling of equipment and setup of various peripherals including desktop and laptop computer.

• Installation and configuration of the JSI developed software solution along with various third-party software components that make up the full JSI 4Sight Software Suite.

• Perform initial diagnostics and testing of hardware, software, network issues.

• Utilize resources to repair product issues that may be encountered during build and installations.

• Report and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate technical support team.

• When at customers sites, maintain an awareness of client’s real needs and anticipate their expectations.

• Provide timely solutions to help build and sustain a positive rapport with clients.

• Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts.

• Update comprehensive trip report dashboard daily to facilitate the identification of problem areas.

Required Qualifications

· Excellent documentation and analytical skills

· Ability to multi-task and quickly tackle new challenges as they occur

· Phenomenal problem solver.

· Proven ability to analyze complex issues and determine technical requirements.

· Project development and management skills.

· Above average communication skills, both oral and written.

· Must be able to travel.

· Super-duper well above average attention to detail.

· Must understand and embrace the need to document clearly and accurately.

· Computer Science degree or equivalent.

· Established ability with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policies and permissions in a distributed environment.

· Excellent applied creativity and innovation.

· A team player – able to share, mentor, work with both internal and external teams.

· Eligible for top secret level security clearance.

Preferred Technical Experience:

· Windows Operating Systems (W2K8/W2K12/W2K16/Win7/Win10)

· Linux OS (preferably CentOS)

· Active Directory, Group Policy

· Networking configuration from AD / OS perspective

· IIS, Certificates, Powershell

· VMware
