One of our MSP client is looking for an experience and skilled system administrator to join their infrastructure team.This is a critical role for our client in providing advanced support to their managed services clients on servers, networks, phone system and cloud system including Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities
- Provide tier 3 support to managed service clients, troubleshooting complex issues and maintain system relability
-Administer, manage and optimise infrastructure components including servers, networks, cloud environment such as O365/Azure services
-Design and implement hardware and software policies and processes, establishing secure practices and machine best practices.
-Liaise with stakeholders to create a platform roadmap and define priorities
-Montly reporting to management and create roadmap

Qualifications
-Bachelor's in technology or CS or related field is preferred
-5+ years of experience in cloud admin, system support and maintanence
-Expertise in Microsoft O365 and Azure AD
-Server maintanence and backups
-In-depth knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, firewalls, LAN, WAN, VPN, network security systems, and intrusion detection systems
-Experience in Intune, Defender, exchange and other Microsoft applications
