Notre équipe Unity Asset Store gère le plus grand marché de produits « Made for Unity », ciblant un large éventail de secteurs, personnages et styles de jeu. Nous jouons un rôle crucial dans la création d’une expérience de commerce de classe mondiale. Offrir une expérience de recherche personnalisée ainsi qu’un un riche ensemble d’intégrations dans l’éditeur Unity sont essentiels pour garantir que les créateur(rice)s puissent trouver ce dont ils ont besoin, quand ils en ont besoin. Nous sommes à la recherche de notre nouveau(elle) gestionnaire de Développement de Logiciels pour diriger une équipe de développeur(se)s talentueux(se)s dans l’architecture, création, maintenance et exploitation de Unity Marketplace. Vous serez responsable des outils qui alimentent l'expérience des éditeurs de l'Asset Store ainsi que des expériences de découverte, d'achat et de consommation des clients de l'Asset Store. Vous ferez partie et serez soutenu(e) par une équipe de direction interdisciplinaire qui englobe la conception, la gestion des produits, la gestion des programmes techniques et les partenaires stratégiques en charge de la commercialisation.

Ce que vous allez faire

Gérer et soutenir la croissance des développeur(se)s de votre équipe, en charge de l’ensemble dess opérations du plus grand marché de contenu "Made for Unity", comprenant l'infrastructure cloud, les services backend ainsi que l'expérience utilisateur web de l'Asset Store Collaborer avec une équipe de direction transversale hautement qualifiée afin d’assurer une direction stratégique claire pour l’Asset Store Diriger les efforts de modernisation de l’Asset Store, en veillant à ce que l’architecture de la nouvelle génération soit conçue pour offrir un haut niveau d’observabilité, d’échelle et de flexibilité aux mécanismes de vente riches et aux intégrations d’éditeurs Coordonner avec les responsables d’autres équipes de développement internes et externes, créer des relations et soutenir des initiatives communes afin d’obtenir des résultats de plus en plus importants Superviser la santé opérationnelle des systèmes déployés, y compris la documentation et la surveillance des services

Ce que nous recherchons

Une familiarité avec les technologies front-end modernes comme et React, et les technologies back-end tels que Golang ou Java. Une expérience dans la gestion d’équipe en charge de sites Web de commerce électronique à fort trafic en tout temps Une capacité avérée à concevoir des solutions a l’échelle et à assurer leur évolutivité et fiabilité dans des environnements complexes et interconnectés Une expérience en gestion et soutien d’équipes distribuées de plus de 10 développeur(se)s, par le biais d’encadrement et mentorat De solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, avec une capacité à fédérer et à diriger des équipes avec empathie
