We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our client, one of Canada's biggest telecommunications firms, in their Concord office ( hybrid model). In this role, you will work full-time hours on a 9-month assignment.

Advantages

• Work full-time business hours on a 8 month assignment

Responsibilities
• Obtaining quotes from vendors;
• PO request creation;
• Provide updates on the status of orders and follow up on issues;
• Project financial forecasting, invoicing, updates, and tracking;
• Filing and document management;
• Working with complex data in excel tables;
• Conducting industry research and analysis;
• Any other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
• Technical Degree or Diploma is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years experience (previous experience of working in electronics or telecommunications is considered an asset).
• An understanding of project financials and forecasting.
• Possess excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
• Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
• Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
• Polished "follow up" and information gathering skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required.
