Required Education and Experience: 2 Years of experience with computer equipment, software, or other technical related hardware.

Preferred Education and Experience: Current technical certifications and/or Associates of Science degree in computer related field with 1 year of experience. Healthcare Environment and associated security practices. Windows Network Environment and associated security practices

Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Candidate must have excellent oral, written and professional communication skills. Attention to detail while multitasking in a fast paced environment. Have knowledge of common practices and procedures within the information technology field. Candidate must also work with limited supervision as an individual and within the MIS group.

Summary/Objective: MIS Infrastructure Analyst ensure Watson Clinic LLP equipment is configured and conforms to all Clinic policies, procedures and guidelines. MIS Infrastructure Analyst I is responsible for all PC equipment and peripherals including all input and output devices. Along with break/fix duties. MIS Infrastructure Analyst I is responsible for replacement of PC equipment including printers. MIS Infrastructure Analyst I, as with all MIS positions, is required to complete after hours system support and potential mandatory overtime as defined by leadership.

Essential Functions
Answer incoming support calls, resolving software/hardware related issues or escalating appropriately if needed/required.

Create and update all assigned support tickets as required by department policies and procedures.

Configure/Repair PC and peripherals within a networked environment using critical and logical thinking.

Knowledge of mobile device operating systems as well as support of those devices including Wi-Fi networks, application installs and support.

Installation of software, hardware, upgrades and patches in accordance with department policies and procedures.

Familiarity of Windows applications including, but not limited to, operating systems, MS Office products, MS Exchange/Outlook as well as MS Windows server general network functionality.

Understand, install and support software needed for security. i.e.: encryption, anti-virus and firewalls.

Available for on-call rotation. On-call rotations are normally one week in duration per assignment. Escalate as required by department policies and procedures.

Assist department with maintaining a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all equipment.

Knowledge of printing fundamentals and how to troubleshoot both hardware and software printing issues.

Escort external vendors and support personnel to ensure all security and/or destruction policies and procedures are followed.

Other duties as assigned.
