Duties:

Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

PhD in education or related field  Master's degree Bachelor of education Relevant teaching experience as evidenced by a teaching philosophy, strong teaching evaluations, and/or other relevant achievements related to teaching Certification as a registered teacher with the appropriate licensing authority (e.g. Ontario College of Teachers) Indigenous knowledge is valued and considered an asset in this role.
