Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary File Organizer to assist one of our clients with a short-term project. The primary focus of this role is to help organize and review tenant files. If you're looking for a hands-on role in an office setting, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and review boxes of tenant files dated from 2007 and earlier.
- Verify dates on each file to ensure accuracy.
- Label boxes containing files that need to be shredded, based on specified criteria.
- Perform some light lifting (up to 20 lbs) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Previous office or filing experience is a plus but not required.
Additional Information:
This is an in-office position, so candidates must be able to commute to the location. Ideal for those looking for a short-term assignment before the holiday season.
