We are looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (Operational Finance) to join our growing organization. Reporting to the FP&A Vice-President, the Manager, FP&A (Operational Finance) is primarily responsible for the financial analysis of Quebec operations.
This role will be based from our Head Office in Brossard - Montreal, Quebec. This is an on-site position.
Job Overview:
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Operational Finance) will report to the FP&A Vice-President. The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Operational Finance) is primarily responsible for the financial analysis of Quebec operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for the financial analysis of the monthly variations of dental clinics in QuebecOrganize monthly meetings with Directors and Regional Directors to review the monthly resultsResponsible for the preparation of clinic budgets in Quebec and detailed analysis for long-term planningDeliver and lead regular performance insights report to senior leadership including KPIDefine how the business can create additional value through taking multiple data points and transferring those into actionable insights/analysis for the teamPartner with business unit leaders to evaluate key trends, identify profitable growth opportunities and ensure forecast accuracySupport in the development and adoption of Business Intelligence tools in Quebec and nationallyFinancial analysis on the results of potential clinic acquisitionsContinually improve processes, drive change, and elevate the level of reporting for the overall corporationProvide any other ad hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analyticsEducation, Credentials, Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA designation is requiredFive (5) years of experience in a similar positionRequired Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral (bilingual)Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and more specifically ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI (asset)Demonstrate excellent analytical skillsDemonstrate rigor and good organizational skills in their workProfessional team player and able to handle pressureExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBe flexible, versatile and discreetExperience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing prioritiesWhat We are Offering:
