Are you a talented and experienced UI/UX designer looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the design efforts for cutting-edge DevOps platform? Look no further We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Lead UI/UX Designer. What will you do?

  • Lead the UI/UX design efforts for our DevOps platform applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Experience designing complex web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility.

  • Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes.

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews and usability testing.

  • Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.
