Job Description - Millwright
Location- Milton, ONPay Rate- $44/hour - $46/hour
Our client is a leading manufacturer, serving various industries. They are seeking experienced Millwrights to join their team. As a Millwright, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
  • Repair or replace defective components and parts using hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks performed.

Requirements:
  • 433A Certified Millwright or equivalent trade certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
