Technical Support Analyst

Summary of day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Technical Support Analyst works within the Global Anti Money Laundering Department on the Application Support team.
- The candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications which will include:
- Reviewing the access request form
- Communicating with requesters
- Access provisioning
- Validating access provisioned is correct
- Retaining evidence for audit
- Technical Support Analysts will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
- The team is technical in nature, and technical skills such as Outlook, and MS Excel are a must.
Must Haves:
- Application support experience
- Access provisioning experience
- Report running
- Excel experience
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Nice to Have:
- SQL experience
- AML experience
- Banking experience
