Technical Support Analyst
  • Contract Duration 12+ months (Extension possible)

Summary of day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support Analyst works within the Global Anti Money Laundering Department on the Application Support team.
  • The candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications which will include:
  • Reviewing the access request form
  • Communicating with requesters
  • Access provisioning
  • Validating access provisioned is correct
  • Retaining evidence for audit
  • Technical Support Analysts will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
  • The team is technical in nature, and technical skills such as Outlook, and MS Excel are a must.

Must Haves:
  • Application support experience
  • Access provisioning experience
  • Report running
  • Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Nice to Have:
  • SQL experience
  • AML experience
  • Banking experience
