  • Provide Support to the Commercial Real Estate Law team
  • Draft various documents such as closing documents, mortgage security agreements, and correspondence to support each step of the filing process.
  • Coordinate, review, and analyze title and off-title due diligence, and prepare draft title reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk/Paralegal in Ontario.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Well-versed in current legislation and government regulations related to commercial real estate.
  • Deep understanding of legal terminology, principles, and document analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Teraview and Conveyancer software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
