you are working in parallel with other SCM Insurance services

The Opportunity

Must be actively pursuing your CIP or willing to do so and have a minimum of 3 Year Adjuster experience.
Compensation can be negotiated, and relocation assistance will be available to the successful candidate, if needed.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a background/experience in Casualty Claims. Some experience in Ontario Accident Benefits would be an asset.
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive) Previous adjusting experience preferred Advanced communication skills including:
Effective written skills including grammar and those of a technical nature Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner. Relationship Building skills Demonstrated and proven leadership skills Sense of urgency and responsiveness Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner. Strong people skills allow you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations. Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge/experience handling third party liability claims.
Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing or have completed the CIP designation.
Preference will be given to applicants who hold a CIP designation or qualify for probationary license or higher.
