Junior Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Junior Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative duties and the coordination and maintenance of client files, medical documentation, data entry and inventory supply.ResponsibilitiesThe Junior Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of client services in the Health Care Aide and Home Support Service areas to include but not limited to the following.intake of client service requests via phone, email, in person.Gather data on client care needs, record client information and service details.Develop client centered care plans and care schedules.Execute Client Service Agreement and payment options.Selection and scheduling of direct service staff based on the client care needs.Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction, recommend adjustments in service where appropriate.Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation and Training of new field staff employees.Payroll Processing.Administrative responsibilities as required. QualificationsPrevious scheduling experience is required.Proficiency in Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook.Experience with data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail required.Exceptional time management and organization skills.Ability to meet scheduling and service deadlines in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.Experience in health care and understanding of medical terminology is an asset.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and able to apply creative solutions to challenges.
