Facilitate the development of Bombardier engineering through innovative knowledge management strategies, working closely with engineering and human resources leaders Act as a project manager and lead the deployment of these strategies across engineering, track and report to leadership Work closely with engineering knowledge domains to: Manage critical competencies: skill models definition, assessment and gap analysis, competencies development planning Align domains processes with knowledge management strategies and engineering objectives. Develop and deploy collaboration and governance toolsHow to thrive in this role?
You have a university degree in Engineering, Information Management or Knowledge Management You have a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience. Knowledge of Bombardier engineering communities is an asset. You interact easily with professionals of various backgrounds and levels of expertise. You have project management background, and you are able to coordinate various activities simultaneously You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are data-oriented. You master SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office tools, mostly Excel You appreciate the value of efficient knowledge management and possess an understanding of knowledge management strategies, practices, manuals (BMs), tools and technologies. You present concisely and clearly and adapt your communication to your audience, including higher management.
