What will you do

Principal Data Integration Architect plays a vital role in ensuring smooth data integration, enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and future-proofing an organization's data infrastructure.

In this role, you'll:

Lead the development and implementation of data integration strategies, frameworks, and architecture to facilitate efficient and reliable data movement.

Define and enforce data integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate integration solutions.

Conduct assessments of existing data integration processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design and develop data integration workflows using industry-leading tools and technologies.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations during the integration process.

Monitor data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices for data integration.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of integration and event streaming concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience with event streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, or AWS Kinesis.

Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks and analytics tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and action oriented, willing to work with stakeholders to isolate problems and help develop solutions.

Team player with a willingness to listen, collaborate, and work in a group setting to solve challenging problems.
