Responsibilities
Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the organization.
Develop and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and track their impact.
Project Management and Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project status.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive consensus.

Qualifications
• 5 years of proven Clinical BA experience
• Ability to provide strategic direction and leadership, guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals and driving innovation in healthcare project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.
