Principales responsabilités :
Analyser l’organisation et documenter son activité, ses processus et systèmes, en évaluant le modèle d’intégration avec la technologie. Il aide à guider l’entreprise dans l'amélioration des processus, des produits, des services et des logiciels grâce à l'analyse des données.

Responsabilités spécifiques : Participer au projet d’implantation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Commerce, Customer Engagement) Animer des sessions de collecte des exigences et documenter les processus actuels et futurs en créant des documents de spécification fonctionnelle, des flux de processus, etc ; Définit les exigences relatives à la clientèle interne et externe (besoins d'affaires) et participe à des études approfondies, analytiques et de faisabilité afin de trouver des solutions aux besoins commerciaux; Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux modules dans les applications utilisées; Analyse, définition et documentation des processus d'affaires ; Participe aux efforts de refonte des processus d'affaires en simplifiant et/ou en automatisant les processus, tout en démontrant une compréhension approfondie des processus très complexes; Participe à la définition, mise en place et application des règles et configurations requises à la des différentes applications; Procède aux tests d'assurance qualité des développements de système, coordonne et assiste les super utilisateurs dans leur stratégie de tests intégrés; Coordonne la documentation et la formation des systèmes applicatifs; Agit à titre de mentor au sein de l’équipe. Qualifications requises : 7 ans d'expérience dans des tâches similaires Expérience en implantation de systèmes de gestion intégrés (ERP) ou expérience à titre de super utilisateur pour les processus de la chaîne approvisionnement Expérience opérationnelle pertinente au poste (approvisionnement, chaîne logistique) Expérience dans le commerce de la vente au détail ou de la distribution (atout) Connaissances de Microsoft NAV/Business Central ou Dynamics AX Connaissances de Microsoft Dynamics 365 (atout) Connaissances EDI (atout) Maîtrise des outils MS Office Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout en raison des communications avec la clientèle anglophone Compétences : Autonome, organisé, motivé Forte capacité à travailler en équipe Sens de l’initiative et des responsabilités Capacité à travailler sous pression et sur plusieurs projets simultanément Bonnes habiletés analytiques et aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes Forte capacité à supporter ses collègues par le coaching et le transfert de connaissances Excellente communication orale et écrite Si tu as également à cœur des valeurs d’entreprise comme le respect, la collaboration et la reconnaissance, si tu es  bilingue (EN/FR)  et que tu veux faire partie d’une entreprise québécoise en pleine croissance, postule aujourd’hui
