As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment. 

Shifts Available:

Day Shift 6:am – 2:pm

Afternoon Shift 2:pm – :pm

Night Shift :pm – 6:am

 As a Compounder, you will:

Batch/Mix liquidsPlan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short- and long-term scheduling objectives. Assist in developing more junior staff through training.Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch. Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines. Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives. Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines. Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches. 

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Sciences is desired but not required. 3+ years of compounding experience. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Basic math skills. Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
