Job Description
About the Team: As the Manager of Operations, you'll report to our Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our department. Your responsibilities will include planning, maintaining merchandise flow between departments, and overseeing your team's performance. You'll be hands-on in hiring, training, and motivating staff, while also spearheading innovative strategies to enhance productivity. Leading a team of two to four Associate Managers and overseeing a frontline staff of 100-300 employees, you'll be at the forefront of our operations.

Develop and execute daily plans to ensure service levels, quality, and workflow are consistently maintained, including labor planning and accounting for seasonal demands. Establish internal procedures and continuously gather data to update operational metrics, tracking and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and address issues through root cause analysis to pinpoint performance gaps and implement corrective measures. Take charge of recruitment activities and supervise the onboarding process for new team members. Utilize data analysis to drive projects aimed at implementing scalable processes, procedures, and systems, enhancing operational efficiency and performance.How To Excel In This Role:
Experience managing supply chain and operations, preferably in a fast-paced fulfillment center or manufacturing facility. Demonstrated leadership experience, showing your ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. Bonus points for experience with automation across all stages of the fulfillment process. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, nights, and overtime as needed.What Sets You apart:
