Here is what a typical day looks like

Provide advice to clients on all areas of Commercial insurance Conducting sales calls to provided leads for new online business quotes ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications Meet and exceed sales and retention targets Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

General Insurance Level 2 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset – if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and Level 2 license would need to be obtained within three months Experience providing excellent customer service The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don’t know something, ask Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed
