Our Sylvan Lake Gas Bar is looking for a full-time temporary Gas Bar Assistant Manager to join our team.
Position: Gas Bar Assistant Manager
Term: Temporary contract for approximately 3 months.
Full-time: 40 hours/week.
Availability requirements: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a friendly, co-operative attitude is brought to the workplace daily, To be responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar in the Managers absence, To be responsible for the human resources administration in conjunction with the gas bar manager and in their absence, To be responsible and provide leadership in the areas of loss prevention and health & safety, Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.Qualifications:
Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience, Three (3) years retail supervisory experience, Business related education would be an asset, Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 .Total Rewards:
