Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Autodesk in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who would work with scrum teams and other stakeholders to create efficient, scalable, plugin-based framework for running highly integrated, multi-product web and mobile workflows that our customers need. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be working with engineers, Experience Design Architects and Product Managers to deliver top quality Cloud experiences.

Location: Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities

You will work with internal and external stakeholders including Product Managers, Experience Designers, Software Architectures, senior leadership, and scrum teams to translate business and technical requirements into workable backlog

Inspire and motivate the scrum team by painting a vision for both short and long term and recognizing development progress

Identify and document detailed condition of satisfactions for User Stories

You will manage and prioritize backlog and stay on top of priority questions, ensure incremental delivery of business value over time

You will participate in internal testing and engage with customers to validate deliverables and drive product iteration towards long term vision

Create demos for internal and external stakeholders

Communicate release plan, project status and deliverables to stakeholders in both oral and written format proficiently

Create analytics to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent

6+ years of product owner or product management or equivalent experience on commercial web products

Accountable with a strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycle

An active listener with the strong interpersonal skills needed and open mind to work with various stakeholders

Ability to present to large audiences and lead group activities

Capable of prioritizing and managing your time and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, results-oriented environment

Knowledge and appreciation of cloud services specially back-end is desirable
