Sales Associate Key Responsibilities: 

Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store. Will also perform Cashier responsibilities when required and support the Duty Paid operations on occasion when required Operate the cash register and be consistently accurate in money handling Help the Terminal/Store Manager by suggesting alternative locations for products Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers Ensure that all merchandise is displayed nicely and orderly and featured merchandise prominently displayed in each section Understand the Travel Retail Philosophy and the compliance the return policy Practice security measures that help prevent theft Know the processes for processing paperwork between the store and other departments Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility. Be knowledgeable about products and promotions to offer the right option to fill customers needs. Stock merchandise. Inform leadership team of any out of stock situations. Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays. Perform related work as assigned. Be able to lift 40 pounds 

Required Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or equivalent. Two years retail/customer service experience. Ability to interact with diverse personalities. Proficiency in the operation of a cash register. High degree of interpersonal skills. Proficient in speaking & reading English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Available to work store schedule
