Job Title: Hot and Cold Deli Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of hot and cold deli sections. Supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow and providing guidance as needed. Ensure food safety standards are upheld and maintain cleanliness. Monitor inventory, optimize sales, and control costs. Candle customer inquiries, and collaborate with other departments. Closing and training team members

Requirements:

2+ years of managerial experience in deli or food service. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in managing staff, fostering teamwork, and providing training. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours. Culinary degree or certification preferred.
