We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with a strong background in Prophet 21 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Prophet 21 system and will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our ERP processes to improve business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

System Management and Optimization: Oversee the Prophet 21 ERP system, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, and work towards continuous improvement of the system's capabilities. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Prophet 21 to analyze business data, generating reports that aid in decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the Prophet 21 system. Develop user guides and documentation to assist staff in navigating and utilizing the system effectively. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and increase productivity. Project Management: Lead and manage ERP-related projects, including system upgrades and integrations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project completion. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the Prophet 21 system to meet the specific needs of the business. Develop and implement new modules or features as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience working with the Prophet 21 ERP system. Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices. Proficient in SQL and database management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
