Position Overview

as our Lead Analyst, Digital & eCommerce for our fast-expanding eCommerce business, you will help connect the dots across digital customer touch points at Autodesk through intuitive business dashboards and analysis. Your data insights will directly influence Digital & eCommerce growth and improved customer experience. Your role will be collaborative, working with global partners and other teams outside of the immediate organization, such as other analytics and retention business teams. You will be reporting to the Director of Analytics. Thís is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced analyst, with a passion for driving business growth and improving customer experience in the digital world. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

Take Manage a variety of Digital and eCommerce related analytics projects. Support global teams with data insights around standard Subscription (SaaS) customer life cycle elements including Acquisition, Retention and Expansion

Lead with insights by conducting deep dive analyses on a variety of renewal/retention activities such as customer renewal behavior, cohort modeling, product adoption, and geographic trends.

Analyze subscription renewal data and apply statistically analyses to identify trends and patterns influencing renewal rates.Work with the Retention business, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop strategies that improve subscription renewals and maximize customer lifetime value.

Work with partners and team members to prioritize new features for business intelligence and reporting solutions.

Present complex data into simple, concise, and engaging stories and visualizations that bring insights to the forefront and empower decisions.

Qualifications:

Self-starter, who works well independently.

Expertise in working with and influencing partners.

Experience in measurement and metrics related to a subscription business. Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, GRR, NRR.Manage changes in requirements, direction or circumstances with minimal need for reorientation.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing/sales and eCommerce analytics and subscription businesses

Experience in visualization tools such as Power BI (including DAX) or Tableau

Experience in SQL and Excel (visualization, pivot tables)

Responsabilités

S'approprier une variété de projets d'analyse liés au numérique et au commerce électronique. Assister les équipes mondiales grâce à des tableaux de bord et des informations sur les éléments du cycle de vie standard du client avec abonnement (SaaS), notamment l'acquisition, la fidélisation, l'expansion, etc. Rechercher, analyser et visualiser les données à l'aide d'outils permettant d'exploiter efficacement les informations et de communiquer des résultats qui informent et renforcent les décisions de l'entreprise Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux et les membres de l'équipe pour définir les priorités, définir, développer, déployer et maintenir de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour les solutions de veille stratégique et de rapport Innover dans les méthodes d'analyse pour tirer le meilleur parti des données Collaborer de manière proactive et efficace avec d'autres équipes Autodesk afin de s'aligner sur les métriques et de mesurer efficacement la croissance de l'activité numérique. Identifier les lacunes dans les mesures ou dans les métriques, définir les rapports et analyses supplémentaires requis et rationaliser les rapports existants Ce poste est un poste distant qui permet d'être dans un centre principal si nécessaire

Exigences minimales

Aptitude à présenter des données complexes dans des récits intéressants, simples et concis avec des illustrations qui amènent les informations à l'avant-plan Sixième sens pour détecter les « données significatives » et capacité à trouver des solutions à la fois créatives et pragmatiques aux problèmes liés aux données Succès avéré dans la collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les partenaires commerciaux et dans l'exercice de leur influence sur l'ensemble des fonctions Solide connaissance des activités d'abonnement et des analyses de marketing/ventes et/ou de commerce électronique numériques Expérience dans les outils de visualisation comme Power BI (y compris DAX), Tableau, etc Une expérience en SQL et en Excel avancé (visualisation, tableaux croisés dynamiques, etc.) est requise, ainsi qu'une expérience des macros ou de VBA Expérience d'au moins un langage d'extraction de données, de script ou de modélisation (p. ex. Python) est un atout

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
