Leasing Coordinator

The Role

  • Advertise availability for all SIREG Management Inc.  properties using a variety of media and promoting materials such as Landlord Web Solutions & Kijiji.
  • Receive/ respond to all inbound phone calls and inquiries from prospective tenants.
  • Uphold and respond to online inquiries via email response.
  • Receive applications from Superintendents and process.
  • Conduct credit checks on prospective tenants.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails regarding available rentals.
  • Maintain and update wait lists for buildings.
  • Communicate with Property Administrators and onsite staff to ensure that rented units will be move in ready.
  • Performs all administrative duties required by Head Office.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • previous property management background an asset
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience related to leasing is required.
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently.

 

 

You will need to make a great first impression whether that is in person or over the phone. You’ll l be interacting with a variety of people ranging from property managers, staff and service representatives and clients, so we’re looking for people who are pleasant and excited by the opportunity to show what they can do. Collaboration and team spirit is key for this position.

Job type – full time

Schedule – 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5 pm. After hour or weekend availability may require)

Salary: 40K – 45K
