As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for preparation of analysis and reporting of financial performance of the client. You will serve as a key contributor to the coordination, analysis, reporting and presentation of the forecast and budget for senior management, as well as drive the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes to efficiently provide various value-added analysis for management and for the client.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Gather and compile operational and financial information on a monthly and quarterly basis and prepare various Consolidated reports and variance analyses for various stakeholders (vs. budget, forecasts, prior year)

Contribute to various quarterly presentations for JLL Senior Management and client

Assists the Director in the management of the budget process and ensures the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the forecasts and budget

Responsible for coordination analysis and consolidation of revenue and expense forecasting and budgeting; address identified gaps and recommend interventions to increase cost-effectiveness (example: facilitate monitoring of operational expenses)

Develops tools for the analysis and projection of financial results, analyzes information and drafts control reports to verify the quality of information

Manage and participate in the implementation of new systems, processes and reports in order to simplify processes and increase the agility of the group with a constant concern for value creation

Act as an Advisor-Representative of the Planning and Financial Analysis group and collaborate on technological projects with various departments

Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Recognized professional accounting designation, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting

Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other applications of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint; SharePoint; Power BI/Query)

Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting, an asset

Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret and synthesize various data points and sources

Strategic, innovative, challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements

Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

High energy with a positive attitude

Proficiency in English is necessary and French is an asset

JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste principal(e), Planification et Analyse financière qui sera responsable de la préparation de l’analyse et de la production de rapports sur le rendement financier du client. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination, l’analyse, la production de rapports et la présentation des prévisions et du budget pour la haute direction, ainsi que dans l’élaboration et l’amélioration des outils et des processus de production de rapports afin de fournir efficacement diverses analyses à valeur ajoutée pour la direction et le client.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Recueillir et compiler de l’information opérationnelle et financière sur une base mensuelle et trimestrielle, et préparer divers rapports consolidés et analyses des écarts pour divers intervenants (par rapport au budget, aux prévisions, à l’année précédente)

Contribuer à diverses présentations trimestrielles pour la haute direction et le client de JLL

Aider le directeur à gérer le processus budgétaire et assurer l’exhaustivité, l’exactitude et l’intégrité des prévisions et du budget

Responsable de la coordination, de l’analyse et de la consolidation des prévisions et de la budgétisation des dépenses; combler les divergences identifiées et recommander des interventions pour augmenter la rentabilité (exemple : faciliter la surveillance des dépenses opérationnelles)

Élaborer des outils pour l’analyse et la projection des résultats financiers, analyser l’information et rédiger des rapports de contrôle pour vérifier la qualité de l’information

Gérer et participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes, processus et rapports afin de simplifier les processus et d’accroître l’agilité du groupe en mettant constamment au point de créer de la valeur

Agir à titre de conseiller-représentant du groupe Planification et analyse financière

Collaborer à des projets technologiques avec divers services

Soutenir les projets spéciaux et les analyses ponctuelles au besoin

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Titre professionnel reconnu en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente

Au moins trois à cinq ans d’expérience en production de rapports financiers, en prévision ainsi qu'en budgétisation

Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Excel et une maîtrise des autres applications de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/Query)

Connaissance de Yardi Voyager et du module ‘Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting’(un atout)

Solides aptitudes pour l’analyse et capacité de recueillir, d’interpréter et de synthétiser divers points et sources de données

Esprit critique et stratégique; remet en question le statu quo et recommande des améliorations

Excellentes aptitudes en communication ainsi qu'en relations interpersonnelles

Motivation, proactivité, souci du détail et respect des échéances

Travailler dans un environnement trépidant et en constante évolution

Grande énergie avec une attitude positive

La maîtrise de l'Anglais est nécessaire et le Français est un atout
