Profil


Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

  • Understand key operational processes and metrics.
  • Identify solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Enhance data and analytics to address gaps.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal sustainability audits.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Project Management & Policy Development

  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage internal and external teams and projects effectively.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and monitor ROI for sustainable strategies.
  • Formulate and update sustainability policies to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate policies and best practices to staff and stakeholders.

Education & Engagement

  • Create educational materials for stakeholders.
  • Engage clients and employees to promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Inspire enthusiasm for organizational sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure sustainability across the supply chain.

General

  • Stay informed about sustainability trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of leading sustainability frameworks.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach to all aspects of the business.
  • Participate in site visits in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Strong analytical mindset with effective data interpretation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in multitasking and organization, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • High proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in applied science, environmental management, sustainability, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
