About the Role:

As the Sr. Creative Director/VP at PI Fine Art, you will lead and manage our creative teams, fostering an empowering and collaborative environment. Your role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, maintaining key relationships, and overseeing new product development. Additionally, you will manage efficient processes, monitor KPIs, ensure departmental accountability, and maintain awareness of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide direct leadership to the creative management teams.
  • Inspire confidence and empowerment within teams through an approachable leadership style.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with major hospitality customers, where the company is a preferred vendor, as well as with designers, and contractor communities.
  • Advise senior leadership on key planning issues and important business decisions.

Business Management:

  • Plan, direct, and manage company operations to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs to maximize overall company effectiveness.
  • Ensure department heads are informed of operational objectives and accountable for results.
  • Lead key growth-related projects, ensuring deadline and budgetary expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and travel for client meetings as required.

 Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth.
  • Direct the development of company artwork as needed.
  • Lead creative brainstorm sessions and guide new product concepts.
  • Stay up to date on industry and design trends, particularly in hospitality, retail, and interior design.

 Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DAM systems and creative services technological tools to support and drive innovation.
  • Manage digital assets, metadata, and content workflows, optimizing processes for streamlined operations.
  • Utilize AI capabilities for metadata tagging and asset management, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance creative processes and workflows.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Strong strategic planning and business management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing outstanding creativity and proficiency in crafting ideas.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, particularly in hospitality, retail, and interior design.
  • Proficiency in DAM systems and creative technological tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US and Canada.
