We are seeking a talented and visionary Experiential Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the development of exceptional experiential marketing campaigns. As the Creative Director, Experiential, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing innovative and immersive experiences that captivate audiences, enhance brand awareness, and create lasting memories for our clients. Your expertise in experiential marketing, combined with your exceptional leadership and creative skills, will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating our brand experiences.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategy and Concept Development**
- Collaborate with clients, strategy, accounts, digital, and other stakeholders to understand and extrapolate the brief, problem, objectives, target audience, insights, and considerations.
- Working with the Strategy team, develop innovative and strategic concepts that integrate experiential marketing principles to effectively communicate brand messages and create memorable experiences.
- Craft thoughtful narratives as the roadmap for the consumer experience, with detailed journey mapping, while understanding the psychology of designing experiences that create emotional connections and touchpoints between people and brands.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in the experiential marketing industry and incorporate them into campaign strategies.

**Creative Direction and Execution**
- Provide creative direction and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, foster a collaborative environment, and inspire the creative team to generate unique ideas and concepts.
- Synthesize and extract ideas and research to create clear, succinct creative pathways, territories, and core creative ideas.
- Develop and present compelling and visually stunning creative concepts, storyboards, and mock-ups to clients and stakeholders.
- Empathic presentation skills with the ability to captivate a room, inspire and hook your audience with every word, and ultimately sell ideas and action to clients.

**Team Management and Leadership**:

- Foster a creative culture by providing guidance, feedback, and support to the team, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, event planning, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of experiential campaigns.

**Brand Experience Strategy**:

- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to align experiential marketing strategies with the overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors to create tailored and impactful brand experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and refine campaign metrics and analytics to measure the success and impact of experiential marketing initiatives.

**Collaboration and Client Management**:

- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth, through creative projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and insights, providing thought leadership and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, fine arts, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, leading and executing experiential marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful experiential marketing campaigns across various industries.
- Proficient in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing.
