Relevantdu directeur des services techniques de lEUC vous jouez un r lecrucial dans le maintien de la fonctionnalit de linfrastructureinformatique de notre client. Vos principales responsabilit sconsistent diagnostiquer et r soudre les probl mes de mat riel etde logiciel configurer l quipement informatique et fournir unservice la client le exceptionnel aux utilisateurs. En collaboranttroitement avec nos quipes de TI vous assurez le fonctionnementefficace et harmonieux de notre environnement deTI.

Supporttechnique : Fournir une assistance technique auxutilisateurs finaux en diagnostiquant et en r solvant les probl mesmat riels et logiciels li s aux PC aux imprimantes aux machinesvirtuelles et aux p riph riques. Il sagit notamment de r pondre auxdemandes de renseignements par diff rents canaux (t l phonemessagerie instantan e courrier lectronique en personne) et doffrirdes conseils tape par tape pour r soudre les problmes.

Maintenancedu mat riel : Installer configurer et entretenir lescomposants mat riels des ordinateurs y compris les ordinateurs debureau les ordinateurs portables les imprimantes et autres p riphriques.

Dpannage de logiciels et assistance distance : Fournir uneassistance distance pour les probl mes li s aux logiciels y comprisles erreurs et les conflits li s au syst me dexploitation et auxapplications. Installer mettre jour et configurer les logicielsselon lesbesoins.

Connectivitr seau : Assister les utilisateurs en cas de probl mes deconnectivit r seau en veillant ce quils puissent acc der auxressources aux imprimantes et linternet sans interruption. R soudreles probl mes li s au r seau et collaborer avec les administrateursdu r seau si ncessaire.

Fonctionnementde la console : Utiliser diff rents outils tels queMicrosoft Configuration Manager Azure VSphere Client Citrix Studioet Xerox CentreWare Web pour g rer les ordinateurs et lesimprimantes.

Documentation: Maintenir des enregistrements pr cis des probl mestechniques des solutions et des actions dans un syst me de gestiondes tickets. Maintenir la base de connaissances jour avec ladocumentation des proc dures sp ciales duclient.

Collaboration: Collaborer avec des quipes informatiquesinterfonctionnelles pour relever des d fis techniques complexes etcontribuer des solutions informatiquesglobales.

Apprentissagecontinu : Restez au courant des derni res tendances desmises jour de logiciels et des meilleures pratiques en mati re desoutien informatique en participant des ateliers des webinaires etdes s ances de formation afin dam liorer vos comp tences et vosconnaissances.

Formationdes utilisateurs : Former les nouveaux utilisateurs auxapplications logicielles courantes et lutilisation correcte du matriel.

Projets: Collaborer avec des quipes pour travailler sur desprojets visant relever des d fis et cr er des solutionsinformatiques globales. Dautres initiatives d quipe telles que desmises jour de PC ou des d ploiements de logiciels cibl s aurontgalementlieu.

Roleand Responsibilities:

Reportingto EUCs Technical Services Manager you will play a crucial role inmaintaining the functionality of our customers IT infrastructure.Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing and resolvinghardware and software issues configuring computer equipment andproviding exceptional customer service to users. Working closelywith our IT teams you will ensure the smooth and efficient runningof our ITenvironment.

TechnicalSupport: Provide technical assistance to end users bydiagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems related toPCs printers virtual machines and peripherals. This includesresponding to inquiries through a variety of channels (telephoneinstant messaging email inperson) and offering stepbystep advice toresolveproblems.

Hardwaremaintenance: Install configure and maintain computerhardware components including desktops laptops printers and otherperipherals.

Softwaretroubleshooting and remote support: Provide remotesupport for softwarerelated problems including operating system andapplication errors and conflicts. Install update and configuresoftware asrequired.

Networkconnectivity: Assist users with network connectivityproblems ensuring uninterrupted access to resources printers andthe Internet. Resolve networkrelated problems and collaborate withnetwork administrators wherenecessary.

Consoleoperation: Use various tools such as MicrosoftConfiguration Manager Azure VSphere Client Citrix Studio and XeroxCentreWare Web to manage computers andprinters.

Documentation:Maintain accurate records of technical problems solutions andactions in a ticket management system. Keep knowledge base up todate with documentation of special customerprocedures.

Collaboration:Work with crossfunctional IT teams to solve complextechnical challenges and contribute to global ITsolutions.

Continuouslearning: Stay abreast of the latest trends softwareupdates and best practices in IT support by participating inworkshops webinars and training sessions to enhance your skills andknowledge.

Usertraining: Train new users in current softwareapplications and the correct use ofhardware.

Projects:Collaborate with teams to work on projects aimed at solvingchallenges and creating global IT solutions. Other team initiativessuch as PC upgrades or targeted software deployments will also takeplace.
