What is the opportunity?

You will oversee reporting on KPI and KRI’s related to our ICFR Program including key reporting to stakeholders and executives. The role will lead the design of new reporting and monitoring solutions, including implementation of innovative project management solutions. You will also advocate for collaboration and accountability across teams and be a positive influence on an engaged workforce who are committed, effective and adaptable. Finally, you will participate and lead training on key tools and reporting solutions to the ICFR Centre of Excellence team.

What will you do?

  • Effectively manage the ICFR Productivity Analysis & Operations Enablement Team, including optimal delegation of tasks.
  • Oversee project management activities for the ICFR program, while establishing project risk escalation protocols and mitigations.
  • Develop project management tracking tools and systems used to support ICFR reporting, issue, and risk management; identify areas where technology can be leveraged to bring efficiencies in the project management of ICFR testing.
  • Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators/ Key Risk Indicators to support Senior Management, based on the audience and the frequencies required.
  • Review and provide oversight on the ICFR Dashboard and perform quality assurance to ensure ongoing reporting of the ICFR testing status, issue log and escalations.
  • Tracks and manages financial budgets and forecasts, oversees management of third-party providers including budget/financial reporting and KPIs.
  • Lead by example, foster a team of innovative thinkers and change management agents through open communication and positive, timely feedback and training. Develop people by encouraging individuals to take responsibility for their contributions.
  • Drive key change management activities on innovative programs, including analyzing and recommending appropriate enhancements while working with business partners to implement change; collaboration with internal/external stakeholders on program management is essential.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have 

  • Experience project management, oversight and/or reporting for ICFR programs.
  • Experienced coach, team captain, and/or mentor in personal or work environment. Ability to lead a team and create an inclusive environment with internal and external business partners.
  • Flexible mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in a dynamically changing environment; self-motivator with an ability to work independently when required, is detailed oriented and organized.
  • Experience in use of data visualization and reporting – e.g., Tableau, Power Query Power BI, etc.
  • Experience developing long-term process enhancement solutions through automation or other efficiency tools.

Nice-to-have 

  • Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) / Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Understanding of core technology (applications and infrastructure) as evidenced by external courses or professional certifications.
  • Experience in a financial institution or technology company, dealing with multiple business platforms, business processes, geographies, and legal entities.
  • Knowledge of ICFR SEC, FIDICIA requirements and compliance, evidenced by experience working within an audit execution or ICFR reporting team, or external courses.
