Job Description

Our client, a prominent company with a global reach, seeks a proficient Director/Client Partner fluent in French and English for a full-time role in the utilities industry. Situated in Quebec, the company is expanding its workforce and is eager to have you on board. This position offers a great chance to become part of a reputable consulting organization and contribute significantly to revenue growth by leading strategic sales and business development efforts.

Your experience you bring will include:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development roles
  • Strong network of connections at the C-level in the Quebec or Ottawa region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market share in the Quebec region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, procurement professionals, and other key stakeholders within Utilities market.
  • Take a proactive approach to customer engagement, bypassing procurement when necessary to establish direct connections with business units and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape proactive proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions in achieving business outcomes
