Job Overview:


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for trends and content creation. As a Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with the social media manager and marketing team to enhance our online presence and engage with our community across various platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Management:
  • Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers and influencers.
Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Propose new ideas for content and campaigns that align with current trends.
Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
