We're looking for you to join our team as a member of our Banking Centre in select locations across Turtle Island (Canada).
As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll thrive in a dynamic Banking Center environment, using your knowledge of financial services to assist clients with their everyday banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact—whether answering questions, processing transactions, or connecting clients with the right specialists to help them achieve their financial goals. You’re available to work flexible banking hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and you’re open to supporting multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance to ensure an exceptional client experience.
How You’ll Succeed
- Client Engagement: Support clients in managing their accounts and products, ensuring meaningful interactions and connecting them with the right CIBC team members to reach their goals.
- Problem Solving: Actively listen, empathize, and take ownership of client issues, collaborating when needed to find the best solutions.
- Technology: Master our digital tools, guiding clients on using our mobile banking applications for easier, more efficient banking.
