To join our team as an Operations Analyst Co-op. You will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.
As an Operations Analyst Co-op, you determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under the IESO’s Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge’s Home Winterproofing Program. Responsibilities include; audit submission review, applicant eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This Co-Op will run from either September 3, 2024 to December 20, 2024 (for 4-month terms) or September 3, 2024 to April 30, 2024 (for 8-month terms)
Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) will be required.
What we need help with…
Supporting on application administration, including but not limited to: intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment
processes.
Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.
Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities.
Analyzing program metrics related to application administration, i.e. volume of projects, associated energy savings, trends, etc.
Identifying process optimization and improvements
Prepare and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.

Active enrollment of post-secondary education either Environment, Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.
Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.
Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.
