We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst Co-op to join our team at CIBC. As a Procurement Analyst Co-op, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement team in analyzing and improving our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform in-depth financial and procurement analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with procurement stakeholders and senior leaders to develop and implement procurement strategies
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Assist in the development of business cases and financial analysis for procurement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field; master's preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-look-up, etc.)
- Expertise in Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, and Tableau will be an asset
- 1-2 years' previous experience in supplier relationship management, financial services, or procurement-related field (nice to have)
