BelPacific Excavating & Shoring,  part of NorLand Limited, has delivered innovative and cost-effective solutions for a wide range of excavating, shoring, and drilling applications to customers throughout Western Canada. We are looking for dedicated team members to expand our team as  Labourers. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting various deep excavation and shoring projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

You will be accountable for:

Loading & unloading building materials and equipment as needed Preparing the site to eliminate potential hazards Maintaining the cleanliness of the site to ensure it is clear of waste and scrap material Provide daily labour support as directed by the on-site team Always working in a safe and respectful manner on NorLand and client job sites Operating as a productive member of a high functioning team

Qualifications:

​ Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and be fit to work  Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and in deep excavations Safety knowledge and experience in the construction industry (preferably a shoring site) Experience with basic power and construction tools Valid BC Driver’s license considered an asset Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

This is a union role with good benefits. Expected wage: $30.52 - $37.31 per hour (dependent on candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the role)
