TheSenior Shift Supervisor will oversee scheduled in-warehouse eventsin the absence of Event Manager. S/he will assist the EventManager with day to day operations such as daily reports,interviewing and training new Sales Advisors, and ensuringcompliance with company policy. CDS isthe preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and demonstrate food and non-foodvendor products to Costco clubmembers.
  • Interact with customers and management in afriendly, enthusiastic and outgoingmanner.
  • Generate brandawareness and positive product impressions to increasesales.
  • Provide excellentcustomer services, including assessing the needs of the customer tobest recommend products.
  • Assist Event Manager with day to dayoperations and oversee in-warehouse events in theirabsence.
  • Other duties asassigned.

Requirements:

  • Flexibleschedule, including weekend availability.
  • Standcomfortably for up to 6 hours a day.
  • Basiccomputer skills.
  • Excellent communication skillsand superb member care.
  • Able to follow writtenand verbal instructions, perform routine tasks with minimalsupervision
