Job Description

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end project management of various Digital and/or Integrated projects including eCRM programs, online marketing campaigns (Banner Ads, Social, landing pages, brand and/or contest websites), emails, etc. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for delivering completed projects on time, on specification, and budget.

The Digital Project Manager must demonstrate a good understanding of
project management tools and best-practice methodology, and the flexibility to lead a diverse
and dynamic team to deliver balanced integrated solutions.​ The successful candidate will
possess superior problem-solving skills and a passion for digital marketing.

Qualifications

3-6 years of project management or production experience in an interactive or integrated agency or similar environment Can show experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating statements of work Stays abreast of new trends in advertising, particularly in technology Demonstrates an ability to solve problems with a solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, experience design, technology, quality assurance testing, and marketing methodologies Successful history of project leadership to clients and accounts, with demonstrable experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic agency environment Experience working with offshore teams Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wireframing/workflow tools, and online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheets, basecamp etc.
