Pour soutenir cette dynamique, notre équipe marketing EGP (électronique grand public) recherche son/sa futur(e) Category Manager

Votre challenge :

En tant que Category Manager EGP (électronique grand public) , vous serez au cœur de l’action, responsable du succès de vos gammes de produits. Votre rôle comprend :

Stratégie et Développement :

– Analyser le marché et identifier les tendances pour sélectionner les meilleurs produits EGP.

– Définir une stratégie d’achat et de prix compétitive, en alignement avec nos objectifs commerciaux et notre vision circulaire.

Gestion de Produit :

– Piloter le cycle de vie des produits, de la sélection à la mise en marché en magasin.

– Collaborer étroitement avec nos équipes commerciales pour optimiser les assortiments et les stratégies de vente.

– Proposer des initiatives innovantes pour dynamiser nos ventes et notre présence sur le marché.

Veille et Compétitivité :

– Assurer une veille concurrentielle constante pour maintenir notre avantage compétitif.

– Être proactif dans l’adaptation des stratégies en fonction des évolutions du marché et des besoins des consommateurs.

Leadership et Collaboration :

– Accompagner un assistant marketing qui vous aidera dans l’élaboration de votre stratégie d’achat.

Profil recherché

Pourquoi vous ?

- Vous avez une formation (BAC+2 à BAC+5) avec des connaissances solides en marketing opérationnel et stratégique.

- Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’univers de l'électronique grand public.

- Vous possédez au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions vous ayant amené(e) à réfléchir sur une stratégie d’achat ou de vente.
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
- Vous avez un sens aigu du commerce, un goût pour les chiffres, et une culture du résultat.
