Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, Straight Days 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Job Overview:  Reporting to the Die Engineering Manager/Assistant Manager. Work with other New Model members and production personnel to develop and review process plans for die development for new model launches.

• Develop process plans for stamping dies process for New Model launches
• Control project investment for the dies purchases
• Review and apply best manufacturing processes
• Develop and control plan for die manufacture and implementation to mass production
• Prepare documents and present to upper management
• Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors
• Support to the production departments in process improvements and Kaizen activities
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

What you Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years manufacturing experience or,
• 5 years experience in manufacturing processes with Technologist Diploma
• Tool and Die Maker with 10 years die improvement and troubleshooting experience
• Hands on experience in stamping dies manufacturing and coordination skills
• Able to travel and work flexible hours
